These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Epaper Designer ("the Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Platform to design, publish, and export newspaper editions. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you create, including text, images, and advertisements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you add.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and design. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images, text, or third-party content used in your editions.
PDF exports are billed on a pay-per-export basis via wallet credits, as described on our Pricing page. See our Refund Policy for details on credit top-ups.
You agree not to use the Platform to publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
